Yes, all of our blends are herbal and naturally caffeine-free, so you can drink them any time of day (or night).

Never. Every bit of flavour comes from the real herbs, roots, and spice in the blend, nothing added, nothing hidden.

Most commercial tea bags are filled with the leftover scraps from tea processing, often called "dust" or "fannings." Ours is always whole, loose leaf, never the leftovers.

Yes, all of our ingredients are organic or wild harvested (chaga). If it's not organic or wild harvested, it's not in here!

A couple of our blends include fine herbal powders for extra flavour and added benefits, so some natural sediment may settle at the bottom of your cup. Totally normal, and nothing to worry about.

We're working on bringing bulk refill pouches to the site, so for now, hang onto your tins! In the meantime, if you'd like to dispose of one, please recycle it according to your local guidelines.

Not exactly, tea doesn't really "go bad," but it does lose freshness over time. We recommend enjoying yours within two years for the best flavour and quality.

Our blends are crafted for flavour first and include herbs at non-therapeutic levels, meaning they're not intended to treat or cure anything. That said, we think you'll still notice and enjoy the subtle qualities each herb brings to the cup.

None of our blends contain dairy, gluten, nuts, or eggs as ingredients. However, our teas are made in a facility that also processes these allergens, and we are not certified allergen-free. If you have specific allergy concerns, please keep this in mind before consuming.

Every body is different, and pregnancy can change how certain herbs affect you. We recommend checking with your healthcare practitioner to determine which of our blends, if any, are suitable for you during this time.
